Business Management System
Secure-All Security has developed and implemented a Business Management System (BMS) in order to document the company’s business practices, better satisfy the requirements and expectations of its customers, employees and the wider community and to improve the overall management of the company.
We are proud that our BMS has been certified by National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) as compliant with the prestigious international standards for Quality Management (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Systems Management (ISO14001:2015) and Occupational Health and Safety Management (ISO45001:2018).
Our Business Management System addresses the design, delivery, and customer support aspects of our service as well as the internal checks and controls required to ensure continued high standards.
To ensure continued compliance with these standards, we have developed processes and procedures which are used to guide our employees through the various requirements of the ISO standards that must be met and maintained in order to ensure customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and well-being, and the minimisation of our environmental footprint. These processes provide a blueprint which assists employees and management in meeting the stated objectives of the company which are summarised in our quality, health and safety and environmental policies.
Continuous improvement in all areas of our business is emphasised and measured and controls are in place to ensure that the integrity of the BMS is maintained and focused on customer and employee satisfaction and care for our environment.

Training & Assessment
At Secure-All Security we believe that our people are our strength
which is why we ensure that all staff are trained to the highest
standards.
Staff are rigorously vetted, Garda approved and licensed by the Private Security Authority as required by the Private Security Services Act 2004.
Basic Training
All staff are required to achieve a minimum of a QQI level 4 qualification in Basic Guarding Skills. This course has been developed by the Security Institute of Ireland (SII). The course is
run by SII approved trainers and covers the following areas:
Site Specific Training
Prior to beginning a job each security officer receives site specific training to ensure that he can perform all duties required to the highest possible standards.

Depending on the requirements of the assignment, this training can take several forms. For example, a security officer may spend one or several shifts accompanied by an officer experienced at a particular site to familiarise himself with the duties required.
For new positions, our management team will work closely with the customer to ensure that all requirements are understood and documented. Management will then spend time on site with the security officer to familiarise him with the requirements- training is always maintained and as policies, procedures and duties change- our officers are given full refresher training to ensure full compliance at all times.
