Key Holding / Alarm Response

By their nature alarm activations at your premises will tend to happen at awkward times – 4am on a cold winter’s morning, or in the middle of your well earned holiday.

Aside from the inconvenience of attending your premises at these times, there is the worry about what you might find when you get there. 

By providing Secure-All Security with the keys and alarm codes to your premises, you can have a trained Security Officer attend all alarm activations.

We will thoroughly investigate the cause of the activation and, if all is well, we will reset the alarm and secure the premises without disturbing you. We will provide you with a report on the next business day letting you know we attended and detailing our findings.

In the event of a problem, our Officer will take the necessary action per your pre-agreed instructions. We will call the emergency services if necessary and remain at the premises until it can be secured.

All our security officers are in constant radio contact with our Patrol Supervisors to ensure their safety at all times. With a fleet of vehicles patrolling in Galway, Mayo and the Midlands areas, our Officers always have access to back-up if and when needed.
